Pull Ups for Beginner

What is pull up?
Hang on a pull-up bar with straight arms and pull yourself up until your chin passes the bar.
Pull ups can be done by ANYONE! No matter your weight, age or gender.

What do pull ups workout?
Back, arms, core, shoulder, grappling strength… you can do many varieties
of pull ups to work different muscles. How you grip the bar also determines
wiht muscle you work. Palms facing you works more biceps, and palms
facing away from you works more back which is more difficult for beginners.
